With so much time spent on the convention floor we've had plenty of time to check out a wide variety of cosplay based on comic books, video games, anime and movies. Some costumes look great and others don't, but this medieval Batman armor takes things to a whole new level of awesome.
Created by Samuel Lee and the team at Prince Armory in Dallas, the armor throws Batman into an Elseworld-esque medieval inspired alternate universe. Though it may look like hardened metal armor at first glance, this masterpiece is actually made of wet-molded leather and, I think you'll agree, looks absolutely amazing.

There's just one thing I can't seem to get past – the giant Schumacher Batman & Robin style logo on the sword. It almost kills it for me and I'm really happy there's no Bat-nipples poking out of this thing.

That said, I'm still entirely impressed by this work and can't wait to see what Samuel Lee and the team at Prince Armory comes up with next. If you want to see some of Samuel Lee's other awesome creations, including a spot-on Catwoman style mask, head over to his deviantArt page.
