Well now, that's an interesting twist, in'it? We've known for a while that the plot of the new Marvel NOW! book "All-New X-Men" - art by Stuart Immonen, writing by Brian Michael Bendis - would concern the return of the original X-Men to the Marvel Universe. What we didn't know until now (although, feel free to angrily correct me if I'm wrong, Internet) was who those old school X-Men would interact with.
Turns out, at least according to this exclusive look at the cover for "All-New X-Men" #2, it'll be: Kitty Pryde, Lockheed, Beast, Storm, Iceman, Wolverine, and most interestingly, Rachel Summers. For those of you not up on your time-traipsing, universe-crossing X-Men history, Rachel Summers is the daughter of Jean Grey and Scott Summers from a possibly alternate future... So it would make a lot of sense to throw her into the mix, what with her two parents showing up from a point in the timeline before they're even married - or 50% dead.
Here's a look at the full cover, and "All-New X-Men" launches from Marvel in November:
