In a new video posted exclusively on the Hollywood Reporter, the Observers lay out exactly what their occupation of Earth will involve... Unless, of course, FRINGE Division can stop them:
On the next, and final season of FRINGE, which premieres September 28th on FOX, at least part of the show will take place in the future continuity introduced last season. In that timeline, the bald "science team" Observers have turned less Watchers, and more Strangers (where my Dark City fans at?), abandoning their even-farther-future destroyed Earth in order to occupy the present. Standing in their way are Peter Bishop, Walter Bishop, Astrid, and Peter and Olivia's daughter. Also: Leonard Nimoy's severed hand.
In the promo, the evil human liaison Windmark lays out some rules for occupation, as well as switching to some teases. If the Observer's language hasn't already been decoded, you can imagine it will be soon. Who likes ARGs? Nobody? Cool, then.
Stay tuned for plenty more on our hatt-ed friends in the weeks ahead.
