In February, Clive Barker, "Witch Doctor" writer Brandon Seifert and artist Tom Garcia will re-launch the "Hellraiser" comic in a new ongoing series called "Hellraiser: The Dark Watch" for BOOM!
Fans of BOOM's previous Cenobite-centric adventures will recall (spoilers if you haven't kept up) that longtime "Hellraiser" heroine Kristy Cotton (looking lovely and pokey on the cover below) took on the mantle of the pin to become a Cenobite herself, while ol' Pinhead is now human. From the official press release:
Nothing is as simple as it seems – the old ways have been destroyed and a dangerous new world lies in its wake. Where are Elliott Spencer and Kirsty Cotton? Who will rule and who will serve?
"Hellraiser: The Dark Watch" #1 hits in Februray. It's feature covers by Tim Bradstreet, Nick Percival, and Frazer Irving.
