"Fables" creator Bill Willingham returns to spin-off series "Fairest" with issue 14 and we've got a look at some of Barry Kitson's interior art.
Vertigo says:
Spinning out of the pages of the beloved series FABLES, FAIREST explores the lives of some of the loveliest ladies in their respective homelands and is told by a rotating array of today’s best storytellers and artists.
After writing the series’ first six issues (spotlighting Sleeping Beauty), FABLES writer/creator Bill Willingham returns to FAIREST for a mesmerizing standalone story. In FAIREST #14, the gorgeous tree nymph, Princess Adler, tells her tales of dating woe to Reynard the Fox.
Featuring gorgeous art by Barry Kitson (LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES; THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN) and a lush painted cover by Adam Hughes (FABLES; BEFORE WATCHMEN: DR. MANHATTAN), this special one-shot installment of the New York Times bestselling series is sure to become an immediate collector’s item.
"Fairest" #14 is out on April 3.
