Do you think since getting the role of Batman in the "Superman vs. Batman" actor/filmmaker Ben Affleck has been walking around the house, doing his best Caped Crusader voice? Wife Jennifer Garner ("Million Dollar Baby," "Alias") hints that she's been the first to hear a take on the character.
"I was excited because he had a real take on what he wanted to do," Garner tells MTV host Josh Horowitz during the Toronto International Film Festival, where Garner was promoting her work in the medical drama "Dallas Buyers Club." When asked if she'd heard Affleck's Bat-voice, Garner replied "I hear every voice."
The actors starred in 2003's "Daredevil" together where she played assassin Elektra opposite Affleck's Daredevil/Matt Murdock. While history (and reviews, and fandom) haven't been kind to the movie, both actors acquitted themselves nicely given the limitations of the material (a recent episode of "The Last Cast" observes perfectly that it felt like the last part of a trilogy).
"Superman vs. Batman" will be in theaters in 2015.
