This morning, Collider debuted one of the first clips from director Alexadre Aja's ("High Tension," "The Hills Have Eyes" remake) "Horns" featuring star Daniel Radcliffe doing his best American accent.
The film, adapted from the Joe Hill ("Locke & Key") book of the same name, stars Radcliffe as Ig Perrish, a young man who's not only accused of raping and murdering his girlfriend, but has suddenly found himself with a pair of horns stuck on his head. Thankfully, the horns can allow him to compel confessions from people, allowing him to pursue and punish the real killer.
The film just made its Toronto International Film Festival debut, and from the sound of it, allows Aja to provide a lighter touch than in some of his gorier, nastier previous work.
"Horns" is currently without a distributor in the U.S., but hopefully, we'll hear something on that front in the coming weeks.
