Harley Quinn has changed both her look and general outlook in the current DC Comics' Universe as a member of the Suicide Squad, and the Joker's ex-girlfriend. Speaking of the Joker, the Clown Prince of Crime put Harley through some rather disturbing paces during the "Death of the Family" storyline that will haunt the character for some time; however, in a look to happier (and crazier) times, Sideshow Toys is releasing a classic version of Miss Quinzel, sporting the original costume fans first fell in love with on "Batman: The Animated Series", as part of their DC Comics Premium Format Figure line!

Watching the season finale of "Arrow" could be likened to having a brain that’s forever on caps lock. Every other second was a NO WAY, REALLY, and WTF moment. You can find out why all those moments coincided with heavy breathing and rapid heart rates on MTV Splash Page. For the last time this season, I’m going to say that right now, we need to talk about the episode's title being very fitting, how “ain’t nobody got time for that,” and of course those couple of scenes I had surprised eyes.

It’s very apparent, to anyone who’s analyzed his work to any degree, that living comic book legend Grant Morrison loves the human race and wants us to be the greatest versions of ourselves that we can be. "The Invisibles" builds, over the course of three separate series, into a crescendo of salvation for the human spirit, creating not a technological but a spiritual singularity that would make Eckhart Tolle blush. "All-Star Superman" culminates with the titular Last Son of Krypton making the ultimate sacrifice – at least for now – as Lex Luthor realizes the value of the interconnectivity of the human race. "The Filth" wraps up as a reimagined millennial Gaia is approached by the desperate lead, who is literally clutching the “filth” his life has become, asking what to do with it. Telling him to turn lemons into lemonade, she tells him to “spread it on [his] flowers”.

In 2013, writer Jeff Lemire will further raise the profile of the tragedy-prone DC hero Animal Man by putting Buddy Baker up for an award for his film work. In any other circumstances, this would be a welcome development for the Baker family, but following a recent tragedy and loss of one of their own, the increased spotlight feels more like a target on their back, Lemire tells me.
In this e-mail interview, Lemire talks about how Buddy will deal with this sudden increase in fame and warns that even the book's title character isn't safe this year. Plus, we have a look at a spread from "Animal Man" #21 from artist Steve Pugh.
