Oh. My. Godstiel. As you may have noticed, dear readers, we here at MTV Geek are very excited about the upcoming Season 9 (or, as the internet has christened it, Season Divine) of the CW's "Supernatural". Here's another very, very good reason to be excited - new key art for the 9th season has been revealed. It shows the brothers, one angel (this time with his omnipresent trench coat), one king of Hell, one church and... nope, those aren't fireworks. Isn't that the church from 8.23? And isn't that color palette reminiscent of Purgatory with its bleak grays and murky skies? This poster sets the mood for the upcoming season premiere, which will be airing on Tuesday, October 8th at 9/8c on the CW and all signs so far point towards a season premiere we won't forget.

The show's taken us places so far - it's taken us to heaven, to hell, to Purgatory - the one that's Hell adjacent, not the one in Miami - and Season 9 promises to take us to new highs (lows?) of darkness and despair. The season premiere will pick up immediately following Season 8's finale. Dean and Sam must deal with the fallout of not closing the gates of Hell. Sam may or may not be dying again, must be his turn this season. Castiel is powerless again, his angel powers stolen by Metatron during the ritual which ejected the angels from heaven and shut the pearly gates with a dull, final thump. We've got a hot new angel flying around, too. And, in the meantime, the Winchesters have shoved the King of Hell into the Impala's trunk and called it a day.

So what can the composition of this poster mean? Well, one, it means there will be a lot of fog in the evening. Two, it means... we'll let you guys decide. Take a look at the full poster below and let us know what you think it's hinting at!

This fly is a major problem for us. It will ruin our batch, and we need to destroy it and every trace of it so we can cook. Failing that, we're dead. - Walter White

Cut-throat mercenaries are a dime a dozen. However, cut-throat mercenaries named Sebastian are fewer and far between. That's why it's such a huge deal that Sideshow Collectibles is bring Major Bludd into their 1/6th scale line of G.I. Joe figures! Okay, so maybe his first name has nothing to do with his significance to the franchise-- but I always liked it! The 1/6th figure line normally utilizes a lot of the same body since the cloth goods and gear normally cover them and help bring out the individual character; however, Major Bludd looks to feature a ton of newly sculpted parts, including new arms that are detailed to show off his armored look. Between all of his incredible gear, and that he sports a wicked eye-patch, Major Bludd is quickly climbing my "Must Have Toys" list. Read on for an exclusive image of Major Bludd from the fine folks at Sideshow Collectibles!

While con season is wrapping up, one of the biggest and best is still on the way: New York Comic-Con! As with the other shows I frequent for MTV Geek, the con-exclusive toys are always what I get most excited about, and DC Collectibles has just released images and info on two of their offerings for the show! The Green Lantern two-pack continues the very cool, and highly articulated 3 3/4" line, with the other figure being the Aardman-style Batman based on the incredible DC Nation shorts. Both of these will only be available to New York Comic-Con attendees and MTV Geek is bringing you the first looks!

Bacon. Bacon and eggs. Bacon, bacon, bacon. We could really write just about anything right now, and we're pretty sure you wouldn't even notice as you hurriedly scroll down the page, hunting for the reveal pics from The Bridge Direct's new line of collector-based 6" figures from the upcoming Hobbit films-- just like Golem hunting feverishly for his "Precious"! Well, we confess that when we first heard that The Bridge direct Inc. had the license for The Hobbit toys, we were pretty skeptical, to say the least. We LOVED the Lord of the Rings figures from Toy Biz, and surely the company that brought us the Justin Bieber Singing Doll would know nothing of Orcs, Dwarves, and epic-fantasy awesomeness, right?! Wrong! Looks like the money they scored on plastic effigies of "The Biebs" has been put into producing some high quality action figures in 2 different scales, along with role play items!

That's the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con International exclusive figure of Bilbo sporting the One Ring above. Read on for all the info from The Bridge Direct Inc. about the entire assortment of different toy lines, along with your first chance to see three of the 6" figures!

If there is an award for creating the biggest exclusive toy for the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con International, then Hasbro has won it hands down with their Marvel Universe S.H.I.E.L.D. Super Heli-Carrier! What better way to wind down from a day of patriotic barbeques and fireworks than by reading a review for Nick Fury's stamp on American militarist ingenuity?! Join us as we take a look at the Super Heli-Carrier and see if it's worth taking the space normally occupied by our coffee table!

Oh, and as you can see above, we tossed it in a lake for good measure field testing! It floats!

It has begun! As the flood of con-exclusives have been/are being announced from almost all of the fan-favorite companies, we're bringing you our first review of some toys only available at the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con International: the black & white versions of Batman and Joker from Square Enix' Play Arts Kai line! Both of these figures are monochrome counterparts to the previously released versions based on the incredibly popular Batman: Arkham Asylum video game that stole a week or so of our life when it was released. We only got to borrow these two arch-enemies for a few days, but are they going to be worth our hard-earned cash when we make it to SDCC? Read on to find out!

As we've already reviewed the original version of Batman here, this look is going to be more pic-heavy (since we both know that's what you really came for)-- and Joker-centric!
