The crazily addictive "Angry Birds" has joined forces with pop culture behemoth "Star Wars" for a special edition of the massively popular mobile time killer. And now Hasbro has announced its partnership with LucasFilm for the release of a line of toys based on the new game.

Kotobukiya's Bishoujo statue line has encompassed a wide variety of pop culture franchises from the Ghostbusters to Marvel Comics; and while a version of Mass Effect's Commander Shepard was shown previously, it wasn't the last we'd be seeing of the video game heroine. Now, Kotobukiya is releasing an exclusive version of their Commander Shepard Bishoujo statue at the BioWare Store! That's right Mass Effect fans, here's another high-end collectible to blow your cash on as you replay the ME Trilogy and pat yourself on the back for getting the last ending changed. Fitting with the Bishoujo (pretty girl) theme, this is the female version of Shepard and looks different enough from the regular version to warrant a closer look.

The Collector's Edition of NetherRealm Studios' DC Comics-based videogame "Injustice: Gods Among Us" has just been announced, and is going to be giving fans a ton of stuff for the measly hundred-buck price tag, including one of the most action-packed statues we've seen come out of DC Collectibles in quite some time! "How action packed is it?" Well, Wonder Woman is posed as she's about to crack Batman's head open with the Kryptonian ship Superman was shuttled to Earth on from his dying planet. Yes, as Bats is being choked by the lasso of truth, he is also about to take a severe beating from what essentially amounts to a high-tech crib. That's a whole big pile of win in my book! Sometimes, I find that having a walking tank would come in handy during my daily life. Sadly, strict government regulations won't allow me the weaponized uranium I need to begin construction. Thankfully, the fine mechanics over at Kotobukiya are coming through with the release of their Metal Gear Rex plastic model kit! While this monstrosity of robotic death is only 9 inches tall, and is made of less-than-bulletproof plastic, it'll have to so for now. Truly, we live in an age when all our dreams are made reality-- when it comes to video game-based action figures, anyway! The latest in a string of incredible announcements, Bluefin Tamashii Nations has saved the best for last by showing off the upcoming D-Arts Megaman figure set! Not only is Megaman an incredibly articulated and accurate version from the classic games, but he even comes with his pals Rush and Met! It's also worth noting that even with the extra figures, face parts, hands, and buster cannon effects, Megaman still costs less than 50 bucks! As the release for Halo 4 reaches ever closer, like the Covenant's control of space, the anticipation for another mission for John-117 is becoming almost too much to bare! Thankfully, a s**tload of merchandise has started amassing on store shelves, including a ton of action figures and vehicles, of varying scales, from Halo mainstay McFarlane Toys, and they recently airdropped a full regiment of Halo 4 Series 1 action figures for us to review!

NECA Toys has recently been doing the work of Aperture Laboratories with the release of their 1:1 scale Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device prop replica. While not actually being capable of opening portals through which to fling weighted cubes and/or annoying people in line at the bank, they do light up are an exact match to what is seen in the Portal 2 video game from Valve. Today, NECA is announcing the ATLAS version of the ASHPD will be going on sale in a succession of three different special sales, that will be announced exclusively on their Facebook page this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday! Not only does the Atlas light up in the correct blue and purple colors, but has some sweet blue racing stripes added on! That makes it faster!-- right?

We never thought the Mario Coin Block Lamp could be out-done, but after seeing this Tetris light we're beginning to accept the fact that there may be some competition out there. Power on just one tetromino and as you stack on more they light up. Its magic!
