If all those on Olympus would deny me my vengeance, then all of Olympus will die.

That is the type of sweet nothings Kratos spews through gritted teeth in Playstation's God of War series of games. In fact, Kratos is quite possibly the angriest video game hero in existence. His never-ending grimace and hate-choked voice signify his desire for vengeance and/or an incredibly heinous case of hemorrhoids. C'mon, there's no way he's that tensed up all the time and still manages to keep regular bowel movements! But enough about Kratos' poop schedule and onto the subject at hand-- his new action figure from Square Enix' Play Arts Kai line! Long time readers of Geek will know that we're big fans of these figures with many a Metal Gear review under our belt. However, Kratos is a whole different monster demigod when compared to the sleek lines of a figure like Sneaking Suit Naked Snake.

Read on as we see if Kratos is worthy of the Toy Gods us, alone in a room full of plastic.

The voice actor, who plays the anti-bender terrorist on The Legend of Korra racks up 261 voice acting roles!

That's the running total as of May 10th, for the actor who's lent his voice to everything from Green Lantern: Emerald Knights to Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker. Later this year, he'll be playing The Joker and Bane in LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes as well as Wolverine in both Ultimate Spider-Man and the X-Men anime from Madhouse. Most audiences might know him a little better as both suave bounty hunter Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop as well as hot-tempered killer Mugen in Samurai Champloo.

It would be an understatement to describe him as prolific, but chances are if you've watched something animated on TV or played a game in the last 15 years or so, Blum had a role in it.

His current role on Korra sees him leading a resistance movement of non-benders against the supernaturally-powered benders of the capital city, blaming them for everything from lost jobs to injured and murdered men, women, and children.

Archie Comics' Mega Man

In the past we've talked to Editor, Paul Kaminski, and Writer, Ian Flynn about both the on-going Mega Man and Sonic series that Archie Comics has been publishing, but we didn't dig deep into the art of the characters themselves. Enter Ben Bates, penciller for the Mega Man and Sonic comics, who gave us a look at his work on previous issues, as well as some insight into just what goes into drawing Capcom's blue bomber.

Activision's Skylanders figures have become the latest toy addiction for both kids and adults. From huge lines at stores about to put out new product, to increasingly insane aftermarket prices, these little warriors have become akin to plastic crack! Taking that into account, we figured there are more than a few fellow Geek readers that would be interested in some photos and info on new characters being released. That's right, there are at least 3 new miniscule monsters for you to track down as the toy hunter you've become: Warnado, Camo, & Wham-Shell!

Warnado

Warnado is a powerful force and the only known turtle of his kind among the Skylanders. He joins Whirlwind, Sonic Boom and Lightning Rod to the roster of air element characters. Warnado is in perpetual motion and keeps the baddies away with his spin attacks and summon tornado.

It's not often we a see a Nintendo / Transformers mashup, actually, I don't think I've ever seen a Nintendo and Transformers mashup. Well, not up until now anyway. Yep, what you see above is a classic Nintendo Gameboy made of LEGO that's also a Transformer, but we all know the real question -- Is this guy an Autobot or a Decepticon? Read More...

Welcome to our time-traveling, space-warping round up of all the news we could find about the world’s most popular Timelord, Doctor Who. And there’s a ton of news to get through because, remember: this article is bigger on the inside.

ITEM! Matt Smith, You Are Top Gear
Top Gear, which is a show where cogs compete to determine who is the best at being a gear, and win $125,000 presented by the Nut & Bolt line of products, will feature the Eleventh Doctor himself, Matt Smith, in an upcoming episode! We always thought he was more of a pulley, but I guess we were way off on that. Seriously, though, if he doesn't shout "Geronimo!" while racing in a car, everything we know about the world is wrong. We should probably just pack our cog teeth and go. Read More...

We've seen all manner of neat products come from the workshops of Etsy store owners, but nothing beats some good, old-fashioned 8-bit fun. And that's exactly what the Super Mario Bros. themed Interactive 8-Bit Question Block Lamp provides. Read More...

It may have been a somewhat mild winter so far, but that doesn't mean we don't need a good hat to keep our ears warm. Sadly, the same old beanie just doesn't cut it for me anymore. Instead, I find myself deeply considering a more fantastical approach to winter warmth. More specifically, I was thinking I'd give this whole crocheted Viking helmet/beard thing a shot. Read More...
