There's nothing quite like reliving childhood memories. Ah, the days when I'd sit down in the elementary school cafeteria and pop open my Doctor Who lunchbox, revealing a horde of well-dressed action figures inside instead of any food whatsoever-- I lost a lot of weight that year. Wait. None of that ever happened; but, thanks to Entertainment Earth and Bif Bang Pow! I can retcon my own history as much as I want thanks to their latest 2013 San Diego Comic-Con exclusive: The 1st and 11th Doctor Action Figure Set!

The monsters were out in full force at this year's Toy Fair, especially when it came to Robert Kirkman's mighty zombies. But the BOOths were stocked with other creatures and creepy crawly ghoulies from a host of movies, TV shows, and pop culture. Here are some of the coolest horror toys, action figures, and statues that I spotted while roaming the floor.

Ever wanted to have a little "Dark Passenger" from "Dexter" of your own? And by that I totally don't mean, have you ever wanted to secretly live a double life as a regular blood-splatter analyst by day and as a serial murderer of bad guys by night. I mean have you ever, like literally, wanted a little Dark Passenger of your own, that you could play with in the yard, pose on a shelf, or take to the tub? If your answer is yes, then Bif Bang Pow has what needed at this year's Toy Fair. If your answer was yes to the first question, then please seek professional help.

It's almost time for the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con International, and that means two things: lots of con-exclusive toys and empty wallets! We've broken this year's offerings up by category, and this list focuses solely on action figures-- our one, true love! While last year's highlights went mostly to giant toy-baron Mattel, thanks to figures like Queen Marlena, Stay Puft, and Swamp Thing, this year they only clock in with one entry on the list. Who has swooped in to claim their other spots in our Top Ten, and in our checking account? You'll just have to read on to find out now that all of the companies attending SDCC have FINALLY revealed their exclusives!-- we think.

10. Comic-Con Explosion Godzilla (S.H. MonsterArts)

The King of the Monsters shows up at SDCC with this figure from the incredible S.H. MonsterArts line. The figure is highly articulated, intricately sculpted, and with the translucent orange color-scheme, just the right amount of different to be a great exclusive. Plus, Godzilla's packaging features artwork of him decimating the San Diego Convention Center as our fellow geeks run in terror!

Available at the BlueFin booth #3545, 3547, 3549, 3644, 3646, 3648 Read More...

It's SDCC time once again...which means a metric ton of con exclusives! Fans of the show 'Dexter" will definitely not be disappointed, with four different all-new items featuring their favorite psycho and all his friends:

The Dexter "Dark Passenger" 3-3/4-Inch Action Figure features him with his cute little welder's mask accessory, as well as a an exclusive "blood slide":

During last year's SDCC, Entertainment Earth had the prototypes for Bif Bang Pow!'s 3 3/4" "The Venture Bros." figures on display for all the drooling public to see. While a pre-order system was put into play in order to see if producing the figures would be possible, fans have been unsure as to the fate of Doc Venture and his cadre of heroic (although sometimes idiotic) warriors. Well, it looks like your G.I. Joes and other 3 3/4" figures have a new mercenary to battle with and/or fear in the guise of this SDCC 2012 Exclusive Brock Samson figure! Covered in the blood of his enemies, Brock also comes packaged with a knife-- cause that's all he'll need in a gunfight!

Bif Bang Pow! Is really bringing their A-game to SDCC—with 21 products in tow! Today we’re taking a look at their collectibles based on a favorite of yours (and ours), Doctor Who! The Mego-style bodies used for the classic characters really seem to be a good fit and we doubt any of these will last very long at the show. All of these toys will be available exclusively at the Entertainment Earth booth #2343, so be sure to stop by and have a look at what B.B.P. has to offer. Now, on with the pics!

The Adult Swim Shop ( is heading to the big city this weekend, where it will be peddling its wares at New York Comic Con at the Jacob Javits Center from Friday, October 8 through Sunday, October 10. Located at booth #1761, the shop will feature 45 unique and outlandish products for sale at the con, for fans’ purchasing pleasure. Key items available for sale include:

  • Must-have, squishy plush based on fans’ favorite Squidbillies characters will make their debut at the con. Do you love the foul-mouthed hillbilly squids from the north Atlanta mountains? Then these first-of-their-kind plushies are for you! Available for $40 per set, make sure you put aside some cash for your very own set of Early and Sheriff or Rusty and Granny.
  • What’s a show about toys without toys of its own? Our thoughts exactly.
