Hemlock-Grove-Poster

Are you ready to go hang out with the kooky kids on Netflix's Hemlock Grove for a second season? Because it looks like moody dude, gypsy with bad haircut, Famke Janssen, and all the rest of your favorite characters will be back on the streaming service for a second helping of WTF supernatural antics.

The most notable part of this announcement is that this marks the first Netflix Original Series to go to a second season. Lilyhammer - the Norwegian/American series that seems to be about a grumpy guy based solely on the posters and no research - did run for two seasons, but originally ran on Norwegian TV before hitting Netflix. So congrats, Hemlock Grove: you've made television history!

Here's the official release with more info and self-congratulatory quotes, yet strangely no explanation of what, exactly, happened in the first season of the show: Read More...

When the new season of Arrested Development hit Netflix, there was one running plot-line that caught our ever lovin' blue eyes the most: Tobias Funke's epic struggle to bring a Fantastic Four (sorry, Fantastic 4) musical to Broadway. So we teamed up with awesome comic book artist Ryan Dunlavey to bring you this mash-up of Arrested Development's fourth season, and Fantastic Four #1: Read More...

Annyong, hermanos!  Like many of you, I spent the past weekend mainlining Season 4 of "Arrested Development" on Netflix Instant, and severely screwing up my sleep patterns as a result.

And like many of you, I wound up with a number of questions resulting from the show's twisty, flashback-ridden structure and numerous loose ends designed to set up a movie, or a fifth season, or a SOMETHING.  Don't tease us, Hurwitz!

Luckily, I'm a huge "AD" superfan, and also extremely pedantic.  Through careful mental notes and occasional trolling of message boards, I've compiled a list of many of the dangling plot points left to be resolved.  There will probably be stuff left out.  It's just that dense.

There must be money lining the walls of Bluth’s Original Frozen Banana stand because Netflix was just giving away the chocolate-covered goodness today in New York City.

To celebrate 15 new episodes of cult comedy “Arrested Development,” premiering May 26 on Netflix, the on-demand Internet streaming company brought the big yellow banana stand from the show on a road trip from the Oceanside Wharf on Balboa Island to right across the street from Radio City Music Hall. OK, so this is just a replica of the stand from the show, but after it debuted in London last week, this is the first U.S. stop for the Bluth family business on a tour around the country leading up to the new season.

College student and Twitter user @TheRealMyron (real name Myron Robinson) REALLY likes Netflix. So much so that -- completely of his own, unprompted volition -- his tattooed the company's name on...his arm(?) and promptly tweeted a pic. Netflix responded by awarding him with a year of free streaming. I'd give a lifetime of free streaming if it were me, but I guess a year is nice too.
